The first thing I want to say is in regard to the negative reviews.  Take them with a grain of salt and read between the lines.  Some people will never be satisfied with anything; other people are unapologetically cheap, miserly, easily offended or just plain unforgiving.  To think that you will have any sort of move and something not get a scratch here or there is unrealistic.

The second thing I'll say is that if I could give All Ways 6 stars, I would.  We have moved 4 times in the past year and half and have used them each time.  They have been on time and do EXACTLY what we have asked them without complaint.  Are they complaining in their heads?  Maybe!  I would be to if I had to move our stuff.  We have huge pieces of furniture, including a piano, 7ft sideboard and an entire gym with two treadmills 400lb weight stacks, 4 bedrooms and everything else that goes into a 5,000 sq. foot home.  In these moves there have been scratches and this past time, there was a piece of glass that was broken.

Thirdly, we have moved with "national" movers in the past, with the thought that they will be much more efficient, accountable, professional and worth the cost.  In one move, we paid $20,000 to move from Delaware to NC.  In that move alone, a large amount of heirloom antiques were demolished!  When they brought the furniture to our house, the mover told us that if had seen they way that our belongings were stored, we would have fainted and he was surprised that more was not destroyed.   When we made our claim, we had to go through a third party insurance adjuster and were paid $2,000 out of a $10,000 claim!!

This last move we have done with All Ways has been the same as the first three - prompt, professional, accountable and reassuring.

Prompt: 6 Stars.  The have been on time and on one move they worked until 1am and went above and beyond IMO.  The reason they were late was due to taking care of wrapping everything we own with blankets and plastic and then unwrapping and putting everything back together!

Professional: All ways with "sir" or "ma'am."  There is a lead person that explains everything and although we are not what you would consider as people that are nitpicky, we would give them directions here and there and they did whatever we asked.  Sweat pouring off of them, short of breath... obviously tired... still professional.

Accountable: The owner is on text with us and is 100% awesome every time.  I have no doubt that if there was a need to fix something, they would fix it!

Re-assuring: Same as above!

Cost: our biggest move that went till 1am cost about $2500 and was ridiculously WORTH THAT!  That said we are good tippers IMO and bought them meals (not included in the cost).

All said: these guys are doing a job that we do NOT want to do and they do it tirelessly.  So grateful for them all!

The guys that came especially dre was absolutely AMAZING , got my entire move done within the hour, even offered an extra serve at no charge, great conversation and awesome energy!!
